My students will be starting the school year from home. Many of them struggle with reading skills such as phonics and decoding as well as comprehension. By having dry erase boards, that they can use at home, along with markers and erasers, we will be able to work in a fun yet productive manner. We are a inner city school with limited funds, but many great students and families who are very deserving and appreciative of our efforts on their behalf. Furthermore, by ordering the large board for myself to use to teach the students, and the pencil cases to keep their materials safe in, I hope to be able to continue using them back at school when we return. I also would like to get chair pouches to keep materials separated when we return.
