The rug will provide a flexible seating option for students for their counseling sessions. It will also provide comfort and safety for them. The therapeutic games will evoke critical thinking and reflection into their feelings and emotions while having fun. It will also provide them with tools to utilize before, during, and after an incident. My students enjoy colorful visuals, and the timers would be helpful for their time management skills and tracking their time for breaks, groups, and sessions. Overall, the students will obtain more practical experience when we utilize the games and management of time while also encouraging responsibility, accountability, and solution-focused reflection.
