This Drone will allow our students to understand systems and processes involved with this emerging technology. They will be able to map out flight paths and routes for filming. Students will understand how wireless technologies work as well as the electrical technology component that is required for routine maintenance. We will make multiple classes cross functional to show students how all of the disciplines work together. We need to move classes out of their separate bubbles and show students how the subjects interconnect in the real world. This technology will venture further than the Technology department. Graphic Design students will benefit. Video art students will benefit. Sports and entertainment students will benefit.
