Providing STEM activities in the Media Center is what we need! Building structures, creating letters, designing magnetic experiments and problem solving puzzles are great learning experiences! The STEM activities will help to round out the importance of the Library Media Center for these young students. The opportunity for STEM engagement will increase the level of commitment from our young learners. STEM study gives ALL the students the opportunity to see how basic scientific function can apply to real life scenarios. Curiosity is increased and the doors of wonder are opened. To be the facilitator to allow for inspiration to take over is amazing! STEM study will surely help these young learners succeed!
