The students will be exposed to literacy through flexible seating, a tactile phonics learning station, and modeled fluency through a listening center with classical stories. I know that these students will be like “The Little Engine that Could“ in that they will combine what they know, with what they look forward to learning and accomplishing with just a little push. These instructional materials will help close the learning gaps by providing an engaging and meaningful experience for the learners. Everyday will be a new and rewarding concept that they will look forward to mastering. Their mindset will go from “I think I can”, to “I know I can.”

About my class
