These whiteboards will allow students to move around the classroom in order to collaborate. Currently, we have transparency sheets as whiteboards which do not allow students to move without having to carry their textbooks as a flat surface. With clipboards that double as whiteboards students will have the opportunity to do their math together as well as have a greater chance to have discussions. This will allow for conversations and more growth both educational and social. We also need dry erase markers. Students are oftentimes told "sit down and quiet down" which can lead to resistant learners and frustrated teachers. With your help, my classroom will be filled with engaged learners that thrive with movement.
