I have students with mild to moderate disabilities. These students thrive in small environments with direct instruction. I would love to add an iPad and Osmo into my classroom in order to create more independence in my students. Osmo is an educational hands on game that allows students to learn while having fun. I would love to integrate the iPad into lessons as well as brain breaks. There needs to be a lot more emphasis on what a child can do instead of what he cannot do. I believe that gaining access to technology will help my students gain confidence in their academic goals. There are so many educational apps that will allow my students to learn to love learning as much as I do. Education can be overwhelming for these students do I want to brighten their days with creative and new ways to learn.
