My school has 1-1 technology but it is up to the students to bring headphones, but not all of my students can afford the headphones. My students are required to take tests on the computer which is read to them as they are in 1st grade. It is very hard for them to focus on their own test when they can hear 19 other tests. They use them for education games as well and when I’m trying to have groups it is very hard for my groups to focus when they hear someone’s computer. I would use these headphones as a classroom set so that every student has the best computer experience in my classroom. I am a first year teacher and my pencil sharpener is not holding up and takes a lot of time out of the day to get a few pencils sharpened. There isn’t a paper cutter at our school so I’m alway borrowing my teammates so I would like to have one of my own. All of these classroom items will help make my classroom run more efficiently.
