My students sit on the rug for all our mini-lessons during the day. A new rug brings color and freshness into the room. It would feel good to have something new. They would enjoy sitting on a new rug as well as it would just make the classroom feel fresher! Having a color printer would allow me to print their reading, writing, math, ss and science charts in color. This added color would be visually motivating to look at and read! I also need to print pictures to help my English Language learners that are making terrific progress with our language.
