Being a public charter school, we do not have the ability to order supplies like a typical public school. Our families purchase supplies for their students each year and help us with necessities when they are able. I would like to add powerful novels to our middle school book room without making a burden on our families. These novels will allow our students to practice necessary skills while being exposed to quality writing and compelling stories. The best student work comes from exposure to the best resources. These novels will provide that to our middle schoolers. We will analyze the plot of these novels and use them to instruct our writing.

About my class
