The future is coming for my students whether they like it not. It is my job to make sure they are equipped to handle it and make the most of it. The Ozobot will open up a new world for my students in the realm of IT and coding. Most students at my school take the basic electives and currently coding is not an option for a class. I would like to give them more possibilities for choices in their future. These bots will allow my students to begin learning the language of coding and recognize the countless opportunities that will open up if they are educated. These Ozobots will increase engagement in my classroom and make my students excited about learning. Our curriculum is delivered in an online setting, so there is always room for improvement in the engagement category. I believe every student deserves to have as many experiences as possible so they are able to make an informed decision about their future.
