My first grade cuties love to read! Each day we read independently and in small groups. We are in need of books that are on a variety of levels. Over my 22 years of experience I have seen the outcome of having children be matched to books on their level. Each time a child touches a book that they can read they learn something new. Loving books is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children. By having books on their level we will be able to do so much in first grade! We will use the books to become better readers because the children will have access to them in our classroom.

About my class
