The ability to show the students things, like atomic structure and cell structure using a document camera, will allow me the autonomy to deliver more personal lessons. It will also allow the visual/spatial learners to see the concepts being presented in a fashion more advantageous to them. Students are more apt to be engaged if they can follow a visual stimulus during a lesson. The document camera will allow me to be able to write, draw, or create new diagrams and/or charts. It will also give me the ability to instantly clarify specific concepts that some students may find difficult to visualize.
