Last year we created a rainforest depicting the red eyed tree frog. We also did several types of projects for Black History Month and students took turns using the two computers in our room. A tablet would be a great asset for my students to share. Crayons and color pencils will definitely come in handy for our many projects. Although my students are 6-8 graders, they are functioning on a 1st to 3rd grade level. Our projects usually involve art as another modality to demonstrate learning and my students are very proud to have their work displayed on our bulletin board and to take them home to their families.
