Our class is filled with students performing at different learning levels and a small group approach to teaching has been such a benefit. It allows me to target specific areas of need and give my students the tools to be successful. While I meet with these groups, the remainder of the class is engaged in centers. I try my best to find activities that are fun and engaging but laminated centers are not always as entertaining. With so much assessing and testing we do throughout the year, I just want my students to have a fun outlet that allows them to learn at the same time. I would love to have center activities that truly promotes learning and allows my students to have fun.
