We are a K-8 school and often our Jr. High students do not have access to all of the extracurricular activities that other bigger Jr. Highs have. This year we are trying to start a softball team for the first time, but we have NO equipment. We need your help! Unfortunately, we have no funds available to start this team, so this is our only chance! Help us empower our girls and teach them about teamwork, sportsmanship, and all the other amazing things that come with organized sports. Our girls will use this equipment to have the bare minimum to begin playing in our district league. We will ask that each girl come up with a way to provide their own softball glove, but we would like to provide them with helmets, plenty of balls, practice equipment such as tees, and one of the most expensive, but necessary pieces of equipment for fast-pitch softball--catchers gear! Thank you in advance for your generosity and help on our softball project.
