Mini workouts happen in Phys Ed at the start of most classes for the entire year. We try to have each workout complement the focus of the activity. Adding the TRX suspension trainer and barbell work will significantly broaden our activity base as well as the scalability of exercises! Our workouts have stations of bodyweight work but adding in barbells and the TRX trainer will allow for students to either progress or regress the activity to suit their individual needs, something we cannot easily allow now. This would make a huge impact for all of our students, athletes or special needs.
