Two new Cordoba classical guitars will help supply instruments for my students to use in class. I have 4 guitar classes and over 70 students who share a class set of instruments. The guitars in my room get an insane amount of wear and tear. I am a master of fixing guitars and I work hard to fix and repair them but we have a need for replacement instruments. The guitars in my classroom are an essential part of every class. Everything we do is on the guitar. We strum, we play melodies, we play as an ensemble and guitars wear out over the course of the year. New guitars will be easier to play and will sound better in our ensemble. The students will have more success when they play on instruments that are in good repair. A good instrument makes a big difference in how it feels and how it sounds when you perform.
