Imagination is an important part of kindergarten learning! The puppet theater will allow my students to use their imagination. It will assist with story telling and recalling events in a story. We can also turn the theater into a store front or a restaurant. The students will use math skills such as adding, counting and sorting objects. They will use communication skills while they are interacting with students who are shopping or eating at their imaginary restaurant. Other items that are included in this project will help the students set up a fruit and veggie market and a pizza shop.
