Students are so motivated by technology these days. There are numerous programs that can be used for every subject to teach our special needs children. They love to use an iPad and it makes learning fun for them and gives them practice while making it seem like a game. Many of the students in my room cannot use a mouse and keyboard but with an iPad, they are able to navigate programs independently. An iPad gives my students another way to learn in the classroom and it offers a variety of ways to reach each of the different ways students learn.
