As a Chinese teacher, I don't have the same amount of available free resources for my students, as teachers of more commonly taught languages. Learning Chinese is hard, and to make it fun I discovered that reading stories is the best way to help students improve their language skills and make learning fun and enjoyable. Chinese readers improve my students' language acquisition skills but the best part is that these readers are reusable and will benefit thousands of students long term!! As a second-year teacher who is building the Chinese language program in my district, I want to have good resources for my kids and make their learning experience enjoyable and effective!
