Having this starter classroom library I will have the necessary resources to drive my instruction. My students will have the exposure that is needed to move them from beginning to avid readers. Having a shortage of books within my classroom I feel is a major hinderance for my students. I feel that having a variety of just right books that meets each child reading level will continue to spark the urge of reading within my students. I will be able to explicitly teach based on the reading behaviors within each reading level moving students from one level to the next. Please help me in making this come true.
