My students currently do not have adequate technology that will help them compete in the 21st Century. These tablets will allow my students to effectively interact with technology that will lead them to success for their future. The tablets will provide them opportunities to enhance their learning beyond my expectations. At this moment my students only get to use technology once a week in computer class using touch screen laptops. I would like for them to have access to technology on a daily basis in order for them to compete with other students who are able to use it daily. The students will use the tablets to interact with the online intervention reading and math program called IReady. My students who are receiving intervention will use these tablets daily to improve their reading and math skills.
