Having Chromebooks in our classroom would open up a world of learning opportunities for our students and it will get them to where they need to be. While doing hands-on experiments and project based learning, my students can use their devices to research, collect, analyze, graph and share their findings digitally. Using the Chromebooks, will also allow me to be able to better monitor my students’ progress, diversify instruction, and plan interventions. By having Chromebooks in my classroom, students will have the opportunity to develop important inquiry skills. These devices would also be used to engage my students using scientific apps, games and interactive tests. Furthermore, students would be able to complete more projects with this technology available right in our classroom. Four different classes will be using these Chromebooks on a daily basis to enhance their knowledge of basic Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Space Science.
