The Be a SHARK Pro Shop allows students on campus to cash in their Shark Bytes (positive behavior points earned daily from staff members) for weekly incentives based on expected behavior expectations in and around campus. Funding this project will allow our Be a SHARK team to reward positive student behavior more frequently on campus. If we model, encourage, and teach social, emotional, and behavioral expectations in a safe and supportive environment, then we will create a sense of community and belonging where all staff and students work towards a common goal. The result will be a positive learning environment and competent, responsible citizens.

About my class
