Social-Emotional Learning is the cornerstone of early childhood education. And what better way to teach self-regulation skills than to teach our children and ancient form of self-regulation. The mats will allow the children to learn in comfort. Yoga and Meditation learned at an early age will give them the mental, spiritual and physical strength needed to be life long learners and productive citizens of society. The Yoga Mats will allow us to continue what we have already started but without the materials needed to assist them in completing the poses and being able to sit in comfort as they learn to meditate. Please, we need yoga mats.
