Currently my students are sitting in chairs from the 1970s. Many of which have cracks in the plastic, creating an unsafe environment. Flexible seating has been proven to help students learn. I have seen the benefits of flexible in the classrooms. Students are able to focus and are able to get the wiggles out. The freedom of choice, will give them a stake in their learning. Help students to stay in their seats and engage in their learning. When students are given the ability to choose their own seats they make positive choices. This will also give them the freedom to move without distractions.
