Each spring our students participate in required state standardized testing. We can all remember back to how scary those tests were and how nervous we were to have so much riding on one assessment. Even though we remind students that these tests are not graded, some of our students still get stressed and don't perform their best. This year, we want our students to try their very best on the test but we know they may need a little motivation! We would like to provide students with raffle prizes to reward them for good testing behaviors. For instance, we want to give students a raffle ticket when we see them writing out a rough draft or working out a math problem on scratch paper. At the end of the testing week, we will be drawing names out to win one of these awesome prizes!
