These rovers will take the computer coding exercises of the monitor and into the world. These robots are fully customizable and all allow expansion with arduino and additional maker contraptions. Yes, I said contraptions. These RVRs will provide the students with a chance to invent, beguile, disguise, and experiment with design and coding. These students will be able to go beyond their existing experiences like how to use text to devise webpages and how to code javascript to make games and interactive cards. By using these vehicles to develop interactive experiences they can succeed at other challenges in the building. Each class of 29 will be able to devise challenges and opportunities for the RVRs to overcome and explore.
