The mission of the Husky Hutch Food Pantry is a free service to help alleviate child hunger through the provision of food to children and their families at school. The pantry is located on the grounds of Clara Barton Elementary school and is intended to provide a more readily accessible source of food and clothing assistance to low income students and their families. The Husky Hutch is open to all elementary school children in the Fargo Public Schools network. Families working with a Student Wellness and the Family facilitator are able to access the Husky Hutch as often as needed. Other families in need may work with their building school counselor or principal to utilize this service.
