Our students crave a close connection to their teachers and their peers. Having a new rug, that will accommodate the entire class, will foster the closeness associated with that connection that all students need. Let's get out of our seats and gather together, in a common space, to promote teamwork, socialization, and a love of learning! Our whole group area is center stage for engaging lessons, restorative circles, and morning meetings. In addition, a new rug will lift the overall moral of our class. Our current rug is old and no longer safe. Curled up edges and corners are a constant safety hazard.

About my class
