It's 2019; students are sick of worksheets and pencils! My students love having hands on and engaging activities to help them stay motivated during speech sessions. They need books, games, manipulative materials, and comprehension strategy materials to help increase their vocabulary and grammar skills. These materials will help them focus on turn taking, communication, role playing, word learning, grammar development and comprehension tasks. Having updated materials that target a wide variety of goals makes therapy planning quicker, allowing more time for speech sessions! My students have a wide variety of communication needs: Their individual needs can be addressed simultaneously through the use of fun, educational learning activities that support the classroom curriculum.
