Children learn through play. Younger children learn to share, take turns, problem-solve through play. Students with physical disabilities struggle to play with there peers because of access to accessible toys. Often because of cost, students with physical disabilities get one toy to play with. This does not give them the option to choose something else or find new ways to play and interact with peers. We are requesting a Switch Adapted Bump and Go Bubble Train and other toys so my students can explore through play using a switch. The switch adapted toys in this project will give students with physical disabilities opportunities to explore through play; switch adapted toys allow a student to use a switch to interact with the toy. The student will also get opportunities to make choices and interact with other students. Please help my students play.
