The materials listed, will encourage my kids to focus--and will brighten my classroom environment. Some of my students have some donated alternative seating arrangements, and they are doing SO much better in my class. They are able to learn and focus better, JUST because they are able to get their "wiggles" out. It makes a HUGE difference. Throughout the school day, students will be encouraged to work around the room, and not just in their regular school chairs. This will liven up lessons of all types, and will get students even more excited about what they're learning in class! It is proven, that students who have flexible seating, perform better (overall) in their studies. This is what encourages me, to reach out, and get funding for it.
