All teachers want students to be fluent readers. Our ability not to be able to be in person to foster this skill is hard. Reading each day outside of class time will improve reading fluency among my students. Parents as the child's first teacher can assist with reading fluency. Parents can help instill the love of reading if they read with their child each night. These books will not only enhance reading fluency but increase knowledge on certain subjects read. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading.
