Each of the materials will equip my students to become gardeners. Through the classroom system, they can view daily how the seeds they plant grow. Living in a Bronx neighborhood they do not have access to fresh soil, seeds and plants they are growing. They will use the classroom system to observe daily their own efforts, measure growth, compare vegetable plants and be able to view all the essentials for plant growth.They will also become empowered as gardeners. These skills will be beneficial for science concepts and skills as well learning plant parts, seed parts and the process of growth.

About my class
