Children at this age absolutely LOVE reading nonfiction texts. Having access to nonfiction books in Spanish will not only make them more excited to read but will also help them improve their writing! Reading is the pathway to writing! When students read more, they aim to write like the authors they read. This is why it's so important for students to be able to read nonfiction books in Spanish. It will motivate them to want to write their own nonfiction books in the same ways their favorite books are written. Having an organized library with so many different genres and topics is the way to go!

About my class
