My students currently face a challenge during independent centers. What do I do if I forgot the directions to my independent center? Mrs. Cochran and Mrs. Carley are teaching at their table. My friend forgot too. How do 5 year old kids solve this problem? Not easily. I plan to record short videos with directions for independent centers. Students can use tablets to watch the video and then check their work for accuracy. This will help my kindergarten students feed their eagerness to learn and increase their independence. This would be a huge help to my classroom and my students. This would empower them to take control of their independent centers as well as to help them self check their own work so they can improve.
