In the month of May I am planning an even called Decision Day to celebrate the senior class of 2020 and their post-secondary accomplishments and decisions. A lot of my student come from low-income communities and many of them have expressed their concerns about not having enough money to pay for college or trade school. They have also talked to me about not having the necessary materials that will help them succeed in college or in their career paths after high school. My goals with this project is to at least provide them with some of these material that will help them success in the future. And to alleviate some of the stress that come with not having the necessary funds. I want to give them a leg-up with some of these material, even if is something as small as a bed-sheet. The products that I chose will ease their minds and help them focus on saving money for tuition and other necessities. My students will be so graceful to receive at least one of these materials. I hope you consider helping my students with your contribution, which I'm sure will make a difference in one of their lives.
