A document camera would be such an asset to my students! A benefit of the document camera would be that I no longer would need to write directions or examples on the marker board. I can write them directly on the worksheet, which would lead to a lot less confusion! I look forward to having a document camera during my read-aloud time, too. By displaying the book, I can show the entire class specific text features, grammar examples, and punctuation, and my students will be able to track the words as I read them. This will be extremely beneficial as I teach my students how to read words in Italian!
