This trip will give my students the opportunity to visit the Newport Mansions and explore our culture and history from the past. My students come from all over the world, and, because of their economic status, they rarely get the opportunity to take trips of any kind. This will be the 3rd year we've taken this trip, and words cannot express how thankful and respectful they are during the experience. Furthermore, they will get a lesson on important people from the past and art and architecture throughout history. This trip will help them explore American culture, economics, slavery and wealth and poverty from the past to now.

About my class
