Flexible seating has become a hot topic schools and there is a reason for it...it works! In a world where students need predictability and consistency, it is also important that they feel like that have some sense of control. Through the lap desks, students will feel like they have control of their learning by being provided a choice of where they work. They will have the option to work on the floor or at their seats and remain comfortable. The noise cancelling headphones will provide a greater sense of safety for students in which noise is difficult. The more safe a child feels, the more they can take charge of their learning.
