This project will be a catalyst to start interventions with students who need additional help. The easel will be used in small groups, it having 2 dry erase sides and it being mobile will help me to be anywhere in the school (pod). Dry erase makers will help me to write my objectives onto the easel as well as markers my students will be able to respond with. The store bins will hold my teacher materials and the students materials for easy access and organization. The materials will be used for small group instruction and assist students who need an extra helping hand in reading. The activities are interactive and will keep the students engaged and excited as they are learning. There are many benefits of classical music for instance, stress relief and boosting of memory. The bluetooth speaker will be used to play classical music as the students are working. The materials used will make a difference in my students' life as they will help to carry on with the reading skills they are learning in class. My hope for the materials is to have a student who is not always excited about being "pulled out" to want and enjoy spending time with me while they are learning! My goal is to enhance the learning of my students as well as mastery on all reading skills!
