Our amazing school consists of kindergarten-4th grade with at least 5 classes of each. Unfortunately, our amount of technology lacks in comparison to the heart and love of our students. Although our students are living in a technology-dependent world, we depend on a few carts of Chromebooks to enhance their learning. The entire school shuffles around these Chromebook carts in order to allow for the use of technology within our classrooms. These Chromebooks would not only help us to step into the direction of 1-1 technology, but would also allow for my students to gain more practice with researching, writing, and publishing their work. Many students struggle with knowing how to operate a computer when it comes to the state tests, however, the more exposure they have to using Chromebooks, the more prepared they will be.
