Do all students learn in the same way? The answer is NO, and not all students learn best in traditional seating arrangements. My students would benefit from using a variety of different seating options such as the wobbly chairs and textured seat cushions. Our 21st century learners don't always learn in the same way students did in years past. Picture a student learning in an environment where movement is limited using a standard chair. Having flexible seating will allow children to have movement while sitting, making it easier for them to learn. It's my hope that use of different seats will better meet the needs of the students.
