Isn't it wonderful to see little minds at work? Our curriculum has studies including trees, insects and simple machines. I have the pleasure of helping these eager youngsters develop into inquisitive scientists. Early childhood learning is dependent on students having hands on experiences and learning through play. My students love to handle and observe "creepy crawly's" (their words), plants and other creatures they would never see up close. Most of my Pre-k students are so excited to build. The build a coaster will allow them to develop planning skills, see the results and problem solve when the plan doesn't work.
