Redesigning our classroom to include flexible seating will help my students have higher academic performance, better health, and improved behavior. The wobble stools, chair bundle, cushions and yoga balls will allow my students to get moving and activate their brains. These will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to get the wiggles out. Research shows that physical movement is linked to higher academic performance, better health , and improve focus. We thank you for your support to help students focus in the classroom. Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. During independent work times they choose a location in the classroom that works for them.
