Checking for understanding is a must in education and one fun way to check for understanding is through online apps such as Kahoot and Factile. These apps are so fun and involve the students in ways that is hard other wise. the problem that we face at the school that I work at is there is, it is a low economic school and some of my students do not have cells phones to participate in the apps that help to collect data and check for understanding. These tablets would allow for more students to participate in the instruction, classroom games, and free time reading.
