These cushions and fidget bands will give the students the ability to move and wiggle while simultaneously sitting and learning. They can rock and wiggle without having to get up and move around the room. I have one student in particular who tips her chair so far back that she has fallen out of her chair multiple times. The cushions should help her have the same movement in a safer way. Several students have ADHD where they simply can't sit still for long periods of time, yet in education we expect them to do just that. This will be a balance between the two!
