The introduction of the JellyFish Chairs into my classroom will help students by allowing them to channel their nervous energy into their seats without getting up and walking around. This will allow the students to stay focused during times of instruction and aid in independent learning. The goal of this project is to maximize student focus in the classroom, allowing them to excel academically. With some of my students coming straight out of middle school, they are not used to the increased structure of high school learning. Adding these chairs to my classroom could help them feel more relaxed and make this transition from middle to high school smoother.
